A new restaurant does not need to be designed from scratch without guidance. Savvikos has specific technical and operational standards in place and guides you through the fit-out of the space and the equipment required. Even if you already operate a foodservice business, we assess which existing infrastructure and equipment can be utilized, so that the right investment plan can be developed without unnecessary interventions.

Absolutely, and this can provide a significant advantage in terms of the initial investment cost. If you already have a foodservice business, we assess the property, its infrastructure and existing equipment to determine what can be retained and incorporated into the new restaurant. Where the existing infrastructure meets our standards, it can be utilized, reducing the extent of the required works and, consequently, the initial investment cost. This means that an existing restaurant can become the foundation for your own Savvikos.

Each franchisee is granted exclusivity within the area defined for their restaurant, based on the location, the characteristics of the local market and the commercial potential of the area. In this way, we protect each partner’s trading area from internal competition and create the right conditions for the growth of each individual restaurant, as well as the Savvikos network as a whole.
